The Mentorship Association, in partnership with our good friends VeAn Tattoo<\/a> held an introduction to a new profession \u2014 piercing artist \u2014 for five teenagers participating in the Corporate Mentorship program.<\/p>\n

Our children are very interested in learning about the specifics of different professions from real professionals. The artists at VeAn Tattoo shared the secrets of their work with us: how to do piercings properly, how to care for them, what types of piercings exist, and they also talked about current trends in this field and how to master this profession.<\/p>\n

The boys and girls listened to the artist\u2019s story with great interest. The children were surprised that anesthesia is not used during piercing procedures \u2014 in fact, it is prohibited. It was also very interesting to learn that piercings are done at a 90-degree angle. Why do you think that is? As it turns out, it\u2019s all connected to geometry and human physiology. But we won\u2019t reveal all the secrets.<\/p>\n

Our teenagers tried doing piercings themselves on rubber ears and had a great time, because it is so important for them to try things on their own and experience what it\u2019s really like in practice. Especially in a friendly atmosphere, under the guidance of professionals who love what they do and constantly improve their skills.<\/p>\n

We are very grateful that, thanks to the support of the specialists at VeAn Tattoo, one of our Corporate Mentorship program participants will be trained in piercing and master a profession that greatly interested her.<\/p>\n

\u00abI liked the salon, they gave us a lot of attention and sincerely explained and showed us everything. It wasn\u2019t a lecture. We asked questions and got answers. \u00abI\u2019m 16 years old, and I still don\u2019t know what I want to do in life. I would like to try this profession in practice. I have piercings, and I didn\u2019t know how to care for them, but today I got advice from the artist on what to do and how to care for them properly.\u00bb<\/em> \u2013 Masha, 16 years old.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
