Nastya, a participant in the Corporate Mentorship program, shared her difficult story with us. Starting from a place of insecurity and carrying the heavy burden of past experiences, she transformed into an active leader and became an example for others.<\/p>\n

At the beginning, Nastya was staying at a rehabilitation center, where her shyness prevented her from communicating, building connections, and engaging in meaningful activities. But thanks to her participation in the program, which became an incredible turning point for her, her life blossomed. She developed as both a person and a leader, confidently moving toward achieving her goals.<\/p>\n

\u00abFor me, the Corporate Mentorship program means friendship, communication, new connections, and opportunities. It gave me reliable people and new perspectives. Through corporate mentorship, I also discovered my hidden talents and was able to grow in my field. I studied to become a social worker and completed my internship within the framework of corporate mentorship. This experience helped me understand many positive aspects and nuances, and also made me realize the importance of continuous growth in my chosen field. In addition, I found my mentor, who helped me find my own path and overcome difficult moments in life\u00bb<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Under the wing of her mentor, Nastya was able not only to overcome her shyness, but also to develop active communication and teamwork skills. Her inner motivation and desire to find her calling contributed to her successful choice of career path. Nastya chose the social sector, graduated as a social worker, and completed an internship at the Mentorship Association.<\/p>\n

Now she works as a barista and continues helping others. But this is only the beginning of her dream. Nastya strives to do more \u2014 to provide support and give hope to children who have lost their parents. Her strong will and self-belief helped her become living proof that even with a difficult past, it is possible to find your path to success and a happy future.<\/p>\n

\u00abMy dream is for children who need love and parental care to have the opportunity to receive help. Maybe we cannot replace their parents, but we can help provide them with everything they need so they can feel better. My goal <\/em>\u2014<\/em> is to help these children find their own path, discover the profession or hobby that truly interests them and helps them grow\u00bb<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nastya\u2019s story is a vivid example of how mentorship helps change lives and unlock talents.
