Participants of the Kidsave\u00ae Corporate Mentorship Program \u00abPath to Success\u00bb visited the Hilton Kyiv<\/a>, to immerse themselves in the world of hospitality and care. And it turned out that all this magic is built on one mechanism \u2014 a team working seamlessly together to make your stay the best possible.<\/p>\n

During our visit, we not only learned about how the hotel operates, but the professional Hilton team also told us about and demonstrated the specifics of how different departments function. Our youth discovered a wide variety of professions: front office, bellman, concierge, doorman, reception and security staff, housekeeper, supervisor, and many others. We heard sincere motivational stories from the Hilton team that inspire people to keep moving forward toward new achievements.<\/p>\n

But the most exciting part was still ahead: we split into two teams. Our boys and girls had a wonderful opportunity to experience being both guests and employees. They enjoyed the comfort, saw how hotel check-in works, how room service orders are made, and tried out the \"smart home\" feature, which impressed everyone with its innovation and attention to detail!<\/p>\n

Our teens also tried working at the reception desk, where they checked in their own team. They took on the roles of supervisors and prepared orders for guests. And wow, it turned out to be both challenging and exciting! Everyone was amazed by the work of the large and friendly Hilton team. It was truly an incredible and completely new experience for our youth, opening up new horizons for them.<\/p>\n
