How does a tattoo machine work? Why is safety the top priority in this field? Our youth received answers to these and many other questions during an art session at the tattoo academy.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mentorinua.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/5667ac_1a85c34037b845ab82d3972804b776f9_mv2.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/figure>\n<p>We immersed ourselves in the world of tattoo art: learned about its history, its significance in different cultures, and modern trends. We discussed all the important aspects: how to make a conscious choice, what you should know about tattoo aftercare, and what risks can arise if safety rules are not followed.<\/p>\n<p>The most exciting stage was the hands-on practice. Participants prepared their workstations: unpacked and filled caps, adjusted pens, and learned proper instrument disinfection. And then came the most important moment! For the first time, the youth tried holding a tattoo machine and created their first lines and lettering on artificial skin.<\/p>\n<p>This practice became not only a new experience, but also a kind of creative outlet. Nervousness turned into excitement, and uncertainty into the thrill of wanting to try again.<\/p>\n<p>And this is only the beginning! Next time, participants will have new tasks and even more hands-on practice waiting for them.
