Dear friends! We have wonderful news: we are launching a new project \u00abPump Your Future\u00bb<\/strong> as part of the \u00abPath to Success\u00bb Corporate Mentorship program together with the company Grundfos Ukraine LLC\u00ab<\/em><\/strong>. This is a great opportunity for young people from vulnerable groups to explore technology specialties and engineering professions related to water technologies, adapt to the modern labor market, unlock their potential, and gain prospects for professional growth with the support of corporate mentors.<\/p>\n

This weekend, our first meeting took place, where teenagers participating in the program and future corporate mentors got to know each other in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere during an exciting joint visit to the Water Museum.<\/p>\n

It was not just a tour, but a truly educational and emotional immersion into the world of water \u2014 its power, its importance to our lives, and the need to preserve resources. The young participants enthusiastically discovered new facts, experimented, and asked questions. And the adults \u2014 mentors and those only considering becoming mentors \u2014 had the opportunity to get to know the teenagers better, building an atmosphere of trust, openness, and genuine interest.<\/p>\n

The Grundfos team consists of professionals united by a common goal \u2014 to support teenagers from vulnerable groups on their path toward a successful independent life. We are grateful to our partners for their willingness to share their experience, help with career choices, and become that very \u00absignificant\u00bb adult for those who are currently searching for guidance in the world.<\/p>\n

\u00abIt was really interesting for me! What I remember most was the funny elevator prank: people walk in, the doors close, but it doesn\u2019t go down. After a while, the doors open on the other side, even though the elevator never moved. It was also great to meet such wonderful people. \u00abI visited the Water Museum, and what I liked most were the experiments and the videos about water. It was interesting to listen to fascinating stories told with love for the subject and to communicate with others. We were also told about the history of the water utility system in Kyiv \u2014 it was educational and very interesting,\u00bb \u2014 <\/em>Misha<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
