{"id":6260,"date":"2025-04-17T14:33:31","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T12:33:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mentorinua.org\/treninh-v-ramkakh-initsiatyvy-ob-iednani-nastavnytstvom\/"},"modified":"2026-06-21T02:48:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-21T00:48:54","slug":"treninh-v-ramkakh-initsiatyvy-ob-iednani-nastavnytstvom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mentorinua.org\/en\/treninh-v-ramkakh-initsiatyvy-ob-iednani-nastavnytstvom\/","title":{"rendered":"Training within the \u00abUnited by Mentorship\u00bb initiative\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The specialists of the Mentorship Association spent two intensive days participating in the training initiative \u00abUnited by Mentorship.\u00bb The main goal of this event was to gain a deeper understanding of the processes involved in implementing a mentorship program for children living in institutional care facilities.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mentorinua.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/5667ac_1a774a28f8e640229ae1d2ab938ed593_mv2.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/figure>\n<p>Representatives of nine regional social service centers, along with more than twenty public and charitable organizations from across Ukraine, took part in the training. Every day, they work to make mentorship an accessible and effective support tool for children in communities and institutions.<\/p>\n<p>We were united by a shared goal \u2014 to create an opportunity for every child to have a mentor with whom they can grow, and to have a supportive adult nearby who believes in them.<\/p>\n<p>The team of the Mentorship Association, together with the teams of the NGO \u00ab3-D\u00bb and \u00abCare in Action \u2013 \u0422\u0443\u0440\u0431\u043e\u0442\u0430 \u0432 \u0414\u0456\u0457,\u00bb had the opportunity to share their own experience: how mentorship is developing within our organizations, what challenges we face, and which solutions are already proving effective. In addition, we presented practical materials and tools that we use daily in our work \u2014 from methodological guides and questionnaires to original resources for supporting mentors and children. These resources became not only a source of inspiration but also significant support for colleagues implementing mentorship in their regions.<\/p>\n<p>We thank the Coordination Center for the Development of Family-Based Care and Child Care, the State Service of Ukraine for Children\u2019s Affairs, the NGO \u00ab3-D,\u00bb \u00abCare in Action \u2013 \u0422\u0443\u0440\u0431\u043e\u0442\u0430 \u0432 \u0414\u0456\u0457,\u00bb and \u00abDIYMO \u2013 Office for Children and Youth\u00bb \u2014 for the inspiration, cooperation, and unity.<\/p>\n<p>Together we are stronger.
