Together \u2014 we are strong \ud83d\udcaa\u2728<\/p>\n

Last week, the active youth of the \u00abSupermentors\u00bb Association, together with the incredible Oksana Dziuba<\/strong>, who facilitated the session, immersed themselves in the exciting online game \u00abTOGETHER\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is a tabletop role-playing game with elements of business strategy, created to develop teamwork and soft skills<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The game mechanics are based on the participants\u00ab character strengths \u2014 everyone uses their unique \u00bbsuperpowers\u201d to solve shared challenges<\/p>\n

\u2022 practiced communication and collaboration skills,<\/p>\n

\u2022 got to know each other better,<\/p>\n

\u2022 and even planned the next goal for the \u201cSupermentors\u201d initiative\u201d<\/p>\n
