As part of the program Corporate Mentorship \u00abPath to Success\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0and the joint project with Grundfos<\/em><\/strong> \u00abBoost Your Future\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0our youth had a unique opportunity to see the world of technology from the inside \u2014 where clean water is created for thousands of families across Ukraine.<\/p>\n

We visited Ecosoft<\/em><\/strong> \u2014 a company with many years of experience that is shaping the future of water purification and implementing innovations every day. And it wasn\u2019t just a tour \u2014 it was a day of discoveries, emotions, and real \u00abwow\u00bb moments.<\/p>\n

What our youth saw and discovered:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Modern filter production lines<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 from tiny components to the finished product.<\/li>\n
  • The water purification process in real time<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 not on a diagram, but live, right before their eyes.<\/li>\n
  • How the company operates behind the scenes<\/strong>: the noise of the workshops, the rhythm of the conveyor belts, the teamwork of dozens of specialists.<\/li>\n
  • Professions they had never even considered before:<\/strong> engineers, quality controllers, technicians, technologists \u2014 an entire ecosystem of people who make water safe every day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    There was also a live conversation with Ecosoft employees. Real questions, sincere answers, professional advice that motivated and inspired the youth.<\/p>\n

    \u00abThe trip was simply incredible! What I remember most was the tournament where we competed against each other \u2014 it added excitement and energy. I was very impressed by the exhibition: I saw different filters, Grundfos pumps, and learned how everything really works. I got tons of \u044d\u043c\u043e\u0446\u0456\u0439 and brought home lots of photos and videos as memories\u00bb \u2014 <\/em>Danya.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    \u00abI loved absolutely everything! What stood out most was the factory tour because you don\u2019t get to see something like that every day. And I really enjoyed the game we played too \u2014 the atmosphere was amazing\u00bb \u2014 <\/em>Tymur.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    A test of wit? <\/strong><\/p>\n

    Yes! We played Kahoot <\/em>\u2014 the excitement was so intense it felt like the championship finals. The boys and girls proved not only their knowledge, but also their quick reactions, humor, and team spirit.<\/p>\n

    Why is this important?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Because trips like these are not just about \u00ablooking around.\u00bb They are an opportunity to:<\/p>\n

    • see real production of the future<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
    • understand that engineering and technology are alive and exciting;<\/li>\n
    • discover career paths<\/strong>, that they hadn\u2019t even considered before;<\/li>\n
    • get inspired by the stories of companies that don\u2019t just operate, but improve people\u2019s quality of life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u00abI really enjoyed discovering something new. It was interesting to see the laboratories, the filter and station production lines, their diversity, and hear explanations from real experts. What inspired me the most was that even after the strike, the team managed to restore operations and continues to develop production in Ukraine. That is real strength.       Once again, we became convinced: when young people see the professional world up close, it sparks not only interest, but also the desire to take action, grow, and become part of innovation.<\/p>\n
