This week, we held a Job Fair for teenagers from vulnerable groups \u2014 participants in the Corporate Mentorship program \u00abPath to Success\u00bb<\/em>. The online meeting brought together young people searching for their path and professionals from a wide variety of fields who sincerely shared their stories, experiences, and motivation.<\/p>\n

Our boys and girls heard what the real path to a profession can look like: a path that begins with a dream, is strengthened by courage, and continues with belief in oneself.<\/p>\n

Among our guests were professionals from various fields \u2014 doctors, athletes, a teacher and scientist, professionals from the beauty industry, design, psychology, and career development. We invited people who have achieved recognition at a high level, including internationally, and each of them shared their own journey, experience, and inspiration.<\/p>\n

Each speaker opened the door for young people into their professional world \u2014 with its challenges, victories, unexpected turns, and immense love for their work. And most importantly, they gave teenagers faith that they too can find their profession, their calling, their path.<\/p>\n

Events like these are incredibly important because this is where young people: \u2728 learn about different professions through live communication;<\/p>\n

\u2728 receive honest answers to their questions;<\/p>\n

\u2728 get inspired by the stories of real people;<\/p>\n

\u2728 discover the world of opportunities in the modern world;<\/p>\n

\u2728 realize that everyone can create their own future.<\/p>\n

Our speakers emphasized: \u00abTry, explore, don\u2019t be afraid to make mistakes, and boldly invest in yourself!\u00bb <\/em>Because this is exactly where the path to the work you love begins.<\/p>\n
