Probably each of us remembers that moment when we had to think about choosing a future profession. In reality, it’s not easy to choose the kind of work that will bring satisfaction, allow you to reveal your abilities, and also provide a good income. That’s why it’s so important to try yourself in a field you like, to «try on» this profession, see all its sides, and understand whether it’s really what you want or not.
Participants of the Corporate Mentorship program had a wonderful opportunity to learn the profession of a tattoo artist. Over the course of four months, Laura and Vlad diligently mastered all the secrets and nuances of this craft. They developed their artistic ideas, boosted their creativity, learned how to transfer finished designs onto artificial skin, and gained skills in working with a tattoo machine.
«I was so happy when I found out that I would have the opportunity to take a tattoo course; it was the only field that interested me. I like the way tattoos look. I used to think my drawings were strange and that not everyone understood them, but for the tattoo industry — it’s true exclusivity.» – Laura, 17 years old.
«I’ve always liked tattoos. I felt happy when I found out I would be taking these courses; it was very interesting and even a little extreme.» – Vlad, 18 years old.
When you do what you truly love, no difficulties can scare you. Of course, not everything works out the way you want from the very beginning. But the main thing is not to give up, and to keep learning and practicing your skills persistently. Patience, hard work, and a huge desire — and as a result, the dream profession is mastered.

In any field, it’s so important to have a mentor who will teach all the nuances, reveal the secrets of mastery, patiently help correct mistakes, and most importantly — be a true professional you’ll want to look up to!

In the program Corporate Mentoring boys and girls try different professions in a safe atmosphere, with the support of mentors, and choose the ones that best suit them and match their personal talents. The opportunity to make their own conscious choices, gain new knowledge and skills, improve themselves, and build confidence in their abilities — these are exactly the steps toward success that our talented youth are taking.
