This day was about being attentive to yourself and to others. About the fact that everyone has their own pace, and that’s where genuine interaction is born.
At the event «At Your Own Pace,» together with young people and mentors, we explored how differently people react, think, speak, and come to agreements. Without rushing, without right answers, with curiosity and openness.

An important part of the meeting was analyzing characters from Zootopia. Through familiar heroes, it was easy to see different styles of behavior, reactions, and communication. Some recognized themselves in active and decisive characters, some in calm and attentive ones, and some in those who act through humor or need more time. This helped us understand that all these ways of responding are normal and everyone has the right to their own pace.
The team format became especially valuable. Each team worked through life situations in its own way, analyzing, discussing, searching for solutions, and debating. Some acted quickly, some carefully and gradually, some took pauses, and this clearly showed how different paces affect the ability to reach agreements and hear one another.
The team presentations were also different in form, delivery, and rhythm. In this diversity, there was something very real — when there’s no «how it should be,» but rather «how it works for us.».
«I was very happy to attend our meeting and talk about an important topic, take part in interactive activities, different games, and complete tasks. It was very interesting for me. The speakers revealed important aspects in such an incredibly simple and engaging way» — Ksyusha.
It’s important that this whole process happened together: mentors and mentees. Not separately and not from above, but side by side. Mentors supported, asked questions, helped reflect on experiences, and this sense of togetherness created an atmosphere of safety and trust.
A special and very warm moment was the one-on-one interaction. These were sincere, calm conversations about personal pace, doubts, and strengths. About career choices, dreams, and the path toward them in one’s own rhythm.
«I was very interested in the topic, as well as the homework we were given afterward. I’ll definitely complete it with pleasure. The event was filled with a sincere, warm atmosphere, communication, and various interactive games. Thanks to the company and all the organizers. I really loved it!» — Vanya.
This day once again showed that when a person is allowed to be at their own pace, space appears for reflection, dialogue, and growth.
We thank the young people for their openness and trust, the mentors for their support and presence, and our partners Grundfos for the opportunity to create a space where there is support, trust, and everything feels genuine.
«I was very happy to join such an important topic. Many thanks to our speakers and the company for the sincere circle of communication, support, and various themed activities. I was also very interested in the interactive homework assignment» — Misha.
«I really liked the topic and the interaction within the teams — everything was great. Thank you for the themed games and the opportunity to see friends» — Sasha.
