That is exactly why our youth from the corporate mentoring program «Path to Success» joined the charity «Chestnut Run.».
It is especially valuable that even after the project with our partners Grundfos has ended, the connection between the teenagers and the corporate mentors continues.
Mentors remain close as reliable adults, and shared good deeds continue to unite
When the Grundfos team invited the youth to join the run, the answer was unequivocal — yes! Because it is about volunteering, caring, support, and a sense of belonging to a community that is changing the world for the better.
These are exactly the values we are building together through mentoring.
