The finish is often seen as an ending. But for us, the final event in collaboration with Grundfos became not a full stop, but the beginning of a new realization — of just how deeply the «Pump Up Your Future» project impacted each of its participants.
A year ago, we met a team of people who not only create high-quality innovative pumping equipment and provide service maintenance, but also prove every day that a company’s true strength lies in the people who inspire others by their example. That is exactly what our collaboration with Grundfos became for us.
Over this year, we have come a long way together. It was filled with new knowledge, interesting challenges, sincere conversations, support, laughter, and moments that will stay in our memories for a long time. This project taught young people with difficult life experiences not to fear change, to believe in their own strength, to discover new opportunities, and to boldly build their future.
«It was really awesome and emotional! We gave each other gifts and certificates, and during the presentation we guessed and remembered previous events and the interesting details from them. What became especially valuable was that the teenagers participating in the project had the opportunity to meet successful people who have achieved professional success and are now ready to share their experience, support, and motivate others. This time, the young people were inspired by the sincere words of Jozef Lengyel — Director of Grundfos Ukraine LLC, who spoke about self-belief, the importance of development, and the power of human relationships.

This event became a space filled with gratitude, support, and sincere emotions. We talked, laughed, remembered, thanked each other, and sometimes even cried — because during this time we became a true community. The young people received support from mentors, and the mentors once again reminded them: even in the hardest moments, you must not give up.

I want to keep communicating and I’m looking forward to an exciting continuation! We had a fun quiz where we remembered funny moments together. It was so much fun! The partnership between the Mentorship Association and Grundfos is a vivid example of how business and the civic sector can work together to create opportunities for young people, help them find themselves, and confidently move forward.
And although this stage has come to an end, we know for sure that the most important things are only just beginning!
