ADRA Kids — launch in Kyiv
On September 28, at «Mamaieva Sloboda,» the Mentorship Association was invited to a wonderful event — the presentation of the project ADRA Kids to support children affected by the war.
The celebration brought together 149 children aged 6–14 (children of veterans, wounded soldiers, and those whose parents are missing). Little ones under 6 also enjoyed the festive atmosphere, drew on the «wall of dreams,» and discovered new experiences.
The children took part in an exciting quest, while the atmosphere was created by Mykola Kuleba, Alyona Luhantseva, singer Anzhelika Rudnytska, and young singer and volunteer Sofia Nersesian, who has already raised UAH 15 million for charity.
More than 150 children received gifts, care, and joy, while parents felt remembered and supported. The event’s motto was: «Bringing Childhood Back!»
The Association was represented at the event by Alyona Luhantseva, a graduate of the Corporate Mentorship program, a member of the «Super Mentors» club, and assistant coordinator, who shared:
«For me, this was a very valuable experience. I truly loved the sincerity of the people I spoke with and the warmth they were ready to share with the children! Thank you to the organizers for the opportunity to take part in supporting children affected by the war. We will gladly look forward to further cooperation and participation in new initiatives!»
