«AgroMentor: Side by Side Toward Knowledge»

The joint corporate mentoring project of the Mentoring Association and BASF, «AgroMentor: Side by Side Toward Knowledge,» creates real opportunities for youth from vulnerable groups through direct meetings with company professionals, interactive exchange of experience, and the development of practical skills that support their career guidance and personal growth. Thanks to this project, lasting and supportive connections are built between young people and mentors from the corporate sector, helping youth find their own path and resources for successful self-realization.

Through practical sessions, mentoring dialogues, and career guidance, the younger generation gains access to knowledge and experience that often remain out of reach for vulnerable groups without such initiatives

This contributes not only to the social integration of youth, but also fosters in them a sense of support, motivation, and confidence in their future — important factors for overcoming life’s challenges. By investing in the potential of young people today, the project lays the foundation for building a responsible, professionally prepared, and socially engaged generation capable of taking leadership in rebuilding communities, developing the agricultural sector, and strengthening Ukraine’s economy.

It is precisely through the partnership of business and civil society that a sustainable model of recovery is created, with the young person at its center — their dignity, knowledge, and belief in their own abilities and the future of their country.
