On March 5, our teens from the Corporate Mentorship program visited the company Winner for a tour.
During the tour, Deputy Chairman of the Board Vitaliy Kopych shared his own path to success with the boys and girls. His story inspires and helps teens understand that anything is possible if you keep developing and strive toward your goals.
They also got acquainted with different departments, had the opportunity to see the cars and how they are inspected and prepared for sale. The program participants visited Winner College, where training sessions will begin very soon, and most importantly, they met the company’s wonderful specialists.
Winner impressed our teens with its coordination, professionalism, and high level of social responsibility: employees take part in social projects, visit animal shelters and clean polluted natural areas, while the company also helps fight COVID, supports educational and career guidance projects for children, and promotes road behavior culture for the safety of pedestrians and drivers.
This was our first time visiting Winner, and very soon our 11 teens will find their corporate Mentors, who will help them grow both professionally and personally.
Stay tuned for updates!
📣feedback from our teen about the tour:
Today I want to express my gratitude to you, the automotive company Winner, for your excellent work! I have seen a lot in my life, but I haven’t seen such clear, coordinated, and high-quality work in a long time. Nowadays, there are very few people who are ready to approach their work with full responsibility, not put anything off, and complete it at a high level. And you managed to do it. I think your work will become an example for others to follow, especially for those who treat work as if it has always existed and always will.
A huge thank you for restoring faith in the quality and importance of your work for society as a whole! I wish you success!
Thank you for being with us.🤝🧡
