We all understand that one of the most important components of a person’s development is access to quality information and the influence of the environment a person is in! And that truly is a treasure!
The boys and girls in the program #CorporateMentoring were fortunate to meet the incredible employees of Winner Group Ukraine and gain valuable and important knowledge at an effective communication training led by Winner College trainers!
At the training, our teenagers learned how to build communication where it is important to hear the other person and convey information in a way that allows them to be heard as well. They practiced positive communication, where the position «I’M OK and YOU’RE OK» produces results for building healthy relationships, and also how to say no without offending someone or feeling uncomfortable themselves.
They talked about honesty and trust, which are so important in relationships. Most importantly, the boys and girls have already started using the knowledge and skills they gained. At the end of the training, everyone had the opportunity to feel like a speaker and present themselves in front of an audience. The children opened up and spoke sincerely about themselves. And it is so important that they received their first public speaking experience in such a friendly atmosphere where trust was the foundation.
And then came an equally exciting continuation of the day — meetings with corporate mentors. Each of the children already used the knowledge they had gained in practice while communicating with their mentor on personal and professional topics.
