They met during a rather difficult period in the girl’s upbringing — she was graduating from a boarding school and had many life questions ahead of her: where to live in the future, where and what to study, and so on.
As a result of conversations with her mentor, Vika decided to train as a hairdresser, and the mentor promised to support her and help with her studies, since she herself had worked in the profession for many years. The mentor helped solve the housing issue, and Vika moved into a dormitory.
During her studies, the girl constantly turned to her for advice, clarifying all possible nuances of the professional art of hairdressing.
Olga got acquainted with the teachers and instructors at the college, repeatedly attended parent meetings, and constantly kept track of the girl’s academic progress.
At first, everything was going well with her studies, but after some time Vika fell in love with a boy, started skipping classes, and did not want to meet with her mentor. During that time, Olya wrote text messages to her mentee saying that she missed her and was waiting to see her.
Soon Vika had a conflict and broke up with the boy. It was not easy for her during that period, and she needed to catch up with her studies. Olya supported the girl in every possible way, helped with her studies, listened to her, and was simply there for her. This difficult period in Vika’s life brought the mentor and mentee even closer together.
Finally, Vika passed her exams and is already demonstrating what she learned at the college and from her mentor. Vika very often visits Olga, already cuts and dyes hair herself, and does hairstyles for holidays.
The results make them both happy, the clients are very satisfied, and both the mentor and mentee are happy!
