Self-Presentation Training for Teenagers

Dear friends, probably each of you has had to introduce yourself and speak in public at least once in your life. And we all know how challenging that can be. That’s why last Saturday the Mentorship Association together with "Nova Spilnota" organized a self-presentation training for teenagers participating in the Kidsave ® Corporate Mentoring Program «Path to Success,» which was also joined by our mentors.

Thanks to the engaging presentation by invited coach Svitlana Chernychuk, our young people learned how to build themselves as individuals, boost their self-esteem, become more confident, and stop being afraid of speaking in front of an audience. Now we know that regardless of the content, if you don’t understand yourself, you won’t be able to express yourself.

Svitlana conducted highly effective exercises with our teenagers (the «Diamond» technique and «I want, I can, I will do it»), which helped them see themselves as successful, confident in their abilities, and convinced that everything will definitely work out for them — the main thing is not to be afraid, but to set goals for yourself!
