What does a company look like from the inside?
As part of our joint project, Pump Your Future participants in the Corporate Mentorship program didn’t just get the answer to this question — they experienced it firsthand by immersing themselves in the world of Grundfos!

After a friendly introduction over tea and treats, the most exciting part began. The young people set off on a journey through all the company’s departments, where they not only learned about different professions but also tried themselves in the roles of:
- an engineer who assembled a pump for a 24-story building,
- a finance specialist searching for errors in reports,
- a support manager rescuing customer orders,
- a service specialist who knows the difference between repair and replacement,
- a logistics specialist navigating storms, customs, and traffic jams,
- and, of course, a salesperson who managed to convince everyone even through VR glasses that Grundfos — is all about reliability.
«Thank you for the great opportunity to visit the GRUNDFOS office! What impressed me the most was how they talked about the company’s history and values. You can immediately see that people matter here, just like the environment does.» — Vanya

Each task was not just a game, but an introduction to the company’s values, which the young participants assembled into a symbolic puzzle. And then came a true miracle of unity: two teams created a Bridge of Values to show that even from different sides, we can connect when respect, trust, and a shared goal are the foundation.
Alongside the professional focus, there is another equally important dimension to this event — the development of social skills that many teenagers greatly lack. Through projects like these, young people learn to concentrate, responsibly follow rules, communicate, interact while overcoming fears, recognize their feelings, and treat others with respect. And all of this happens in a real, safe environment where these skills are not theory, but a жизненно necessary part of life.
«I really enjoyed our trip to the Grundfos company office. I remembered their six core values that everything is built on. It was so interesting when we acted out the scene “a conversation between a manager and a client.”» — Misha
«I’m delighted with the tour. It was interesting to learn about the company’s areas of activity. The program and everything that happened were very engaging. Such a wonderful and welcoming team at the company!» — Diana
Thank you to the Grundfos team for their openness, warmth, and inspiring example of a real business with important values. This day became a source of new perspectives for our participants. conclusion, you can join by following announcements on our page.
