The specialists of the Mentorship Association spent two intensive days participating in the training initiative «United by Mentorship.» The main goal of this event was to gain a deeper understanding of the processes involved in implementing a mentorship program for children living in institutional care facilities.
Representatives of nine regional social service centers, along with more than twenty public and charitable organizations from across Ukraine, took part in the training. Every day, they work to make mentorship an accessible and effective support tool for children in communities and institutions.
We were united by a shared goal — to create an opportunity for every child to have a mentor with whom they can grow, and to have a supportive adult nearby who believes in them.
The team of the Mentorship Association, together with the teams of the NGO «3-D» and «Care in Action – Турбота в Дії,» had the opportunity to share their own experience: how mentorship is developing within our organizations, what challenges we face, and which solutions are already proving effective. In addition, we presented practical materials and tools that we use daily in our work — from methodological guides and questionnaires to original resources for supporting mentors and children. These resources became not only a source of inspiration but also significant support for colleagues implementing mentorship in their regions.

Together we are stronger. Mentorship truly unites — hearts, experience, knowledge, and efforts for the future of every child.
