Our joint project Pump Your Futurewith the company Grundfos continues to give teenagers new opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
This time, participants of the Corporate Mentoring program «Path to Success,» together with their corporate mentors, made an exciting visit to Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
An informative introductory lecture was prepared for the youth on the following topics:
- gas pipeline systems;
- water supply and sewage systems.
As well as a tour of specialized laboratories, where everyone had the opportunity to:
- Personally test the principles of heat transfer;
- See modern engineering systems in action;
- Learn about the latest technologies in the field of construction and public utilities.
A special highlight was the meeting with the dean of the faculty, who shared his professional journey and spoke about admissions, student life, the importance of self-development, and motivation.
"Knowledge is the bridge between dreams and reality. Education provides not only a profession, but also the power to build your future."
From the Grundfos mentors, the youth received:
- Tasks for self-reflection
- Resources for making a conscious career choice
- Inspiring words of support
