Career Fair: The Day Young People Discovered Their Future! 

This week, we held a Job Fair for teenagers from vulnerable groups — participants in the Corporate Mentorship program «Path to Success». The online meeting brought together young people searching for their path and professionals from a wide variety of fields who sincerely shared their stories, experiences, and motivation.

Our boys and girls heard what the real path to a profession can look like: a path that begins with a dream, is strengthened by courage, and continues with belief in oneself.

Among our guests were professionals from various fields — doctors, athletes, a teacher and scientist, professionals from the beauty industry, design, psychology, and career development. We invited people who have achieved recognition at a high level, including internationally, and each of them shared their own journey, experience, and inspiration.

Each speaker opened the door for young people into their professional world — with its challenges, victories, unexpected turns, and immense love for their work. And most importantly, they gave teenagers faith that they too can find their profession, their calling, their path.

Events like these are incredibly important because this is where young people: ✨ learn about different professions through live communication;

✨ receive honest answers to their questions;

✨ get inspired by the stories of real people;

✨ discover the world of opportunities in the modern world;

✨ realize that everyone can create their own future.

Our speakers emphasized: «Try, explore, don’t be afraid to make mistakes, and boldly invest in yourself!» Because this is exactly where the path to the work you love begins.
