As part of the program Corporate Mentorship «Path to Success» and the joint project with Grundfos «Boost Your Future» our youth had a unique opportunity to see the world of technology from the inside — where clean water is created for thousands of families across Ukraine.
We visited Ecosoft — a company with many years of experience that is shaping the future of water purification and implementing innovations every day. And it wasn’t just a tour — it was a day of discoveries, emotions, and real «wow» moments.
What our youth saw and discovered:
- Modern filter production lines — from tiny components to the finished product.
- The water purification process in real time — not on a diagram, but live, right before their eyes.
- How the company operates behind the scenes: the noise of the workshops, the rhythm of the conveyor belts, the teamwork of dozens of specialists.
- Professions they had never even considered before: engineers, quality controllers, technicians, technologists — an entire ecosystem of people who make water safe every day.
There was also a live conversation with Ecosoft employees. Real questions, sincere answers, professional advice that motivated and inspired the youth.
«The trip was simply incredible! What I remember most was the tournament where we competed against each other — it added excitement and energy. I was very impressed by the exhibition: I saw different filters, Grundfos pumps, and learned how everything really works. I got tons of эмоцій and brought home lots of photos and videos as memories» — Danya.
«I loved absolutely everything! What stood out most was the factory tour because you don’t get to see something like that every day. And I really enjoyed the game we played too — the atmosphere was amazing» — Tymur.
A test of wit?
Yes! We played Kahoot — the excitement was so intense it felt like the championship finals. The boys and girls proved not only their knowledge, but also their quick reactions, humor, and team spirit.
Why is this important?
Because trips like these are not just about «looking around.» They are an opportunity to:
- see real production of the future;
- understand that engineering and technology are alive and exciting;
- discover career paths, that they hadn’t even considered before;
- get inspired by the stories of companies that don’t just operate, but improve people’s quality of life.

Once again, we became convinced: when young people see the professional world up close, it sparks not only interest, but also the desire to take action, grow, and become part of innovation.
