Alona is a girl who began her journey to success from difficult circumstances, but thanks to her own strength, perseverance, and support, she is confidently climbing the steps toward great achievements.
Alona was in a rehabilitation center and later ended up in a foster family. From the very beginning, she took on the role of an observer, and it took time for her to learn to trust and build friendships. The girl was always responsible and reserved, and it was difficult for her to ask for help.
The Kidsave® Corporate Mentoring Program "Path to Success" became a turning point in Alona’s life. She discovered many new things, met interesting people, and found good friends. Communication with specialists from various companies helped her discover her abilities and grow.
«When I joined the Corporate Mentoring program, I was very interested in communicating with people who have more life experience. They mentor, help, always listen, and advise where to turn and which direction to move in. Here, you will never be left alone with your problems.
I have already been in the program for three years, and now I am one of the organizers of the Leaders Club. I help organize various events, and it is very interesting for me! It is an incredible experience in working with children and people. I am studying to become an elementary school teacher, and I am very grateful for this experience.
The program encourages young people to make new connections and introduces them to various fields of activity, which helps them become well-rounded individuals, and this is essential in the modern world! I have attended many such events, and it feels like diving into an unknown but fascinating world.

Alona completed barista courses and an internship at a coffee shop thanks to the program. The girl has a cherished dream — to open her own coffee shop where every person will feel warmth and hospitality.
«For a whole year now, I have dreamed of opening my own coffee shop. This dream came to me after I visited Italy. I really want to make my dream come true, and I am moving in this direction. I completed training and an internship. It is also important to receive advice from people who have experience in this field. And I communicated with such people thanks to the Mentoring Association. I received very valuable advice from them, for which I am incredibly grateful. And I continue moving toward my dream, even if in small steps, but only forward!» — Alona
