The Mentorship Association spends weekends not only having fun, but also productively. At our «Financial Literacy» event, children, mentors, and our trainers traveled into the future together and shared their dreams and plans for the next 10 years!
We discussed important aspects of financial literacy, where our young people learned about the concepts of financial independence, gained an understanding of credit risks, building an emergency fund, and earning opportunities for teenagers. We were simply captivated by the speaker – Oksana Kotenko, who shared the basics of financial literacy, inspired children and mentors to believe in themselves, and understand that anything is possible in life! We are sincerely grateful to Oksana and New Community of Ukraine for helping and supporting children and youth from vulnerable categories.
The most exciting task for our children was creating their own projects! Friendly teams worked on the idea of opening their dream coffee shop️. Every step from concept to business plan was important for this adventure. The boys and girls learned to work together, plan, make decisions, and solve financial challenges.

Our children also shared how they see themselves in ten years. And we believe that all of them will definitely become successful actors, singers, programmers, and coffee shop owners thanks to our and your support, because they are so talented!

We are sincerely grateful for the delicious charity lunch for the participants of the Kidsave ® Corporate Mentorship Program «Path to Success,» provided to us by McDonalds, the children were delighted with your treats. We also thank our favorite libraryfor such a warm welcome! The cozy and friendly atmosphere of this wonderful place helps children open up and regain their sense of safety.
