At the company's office BASF a team of inspired participants, mentors, and company specialists gathered to harvest the shared achievements and impressions of the project «AgroMentor: Side by Side Toward Knowledge» as part of the program Corporate Mentorship «Path to Success». In a warm atmosphere of unity, participants shared their discoveries, talked about the future of the agricultural industry, teamwork, and their own paths of growth.
Company employees warmly welcomed the youth and emphasized the importance of support and mentorship as the key to a successful future. The phrase «You grow — and we grow with you» became a symbol of mutual inspiration and partnership between generations. It reflected the main idea of the program: true growth is born where there is mutual trust, exchange of experience, and a sincere desire to support one another on the path toward a dream.
The event program was rich, interactive, and creative:
- the «AgroBingo» activity helped everyone get to know each other better;
- during «AgroCrocodile,» everyone had the chance to explore agricultural topics through play and эмоції;
- in the team activity «Create Your Own Farming Startup,» ideas for future eco-innovations were born;
- the photo quest «Our Harvest of Emotions» became a wonderful ending to this inspiring day.
Every activity, every moment together, every meeting is a step toward understanding that mentorship and teamwork change not only professional paths, but human hearts as well.

Youth feedback:
Danya: I really enjoyed the team games, especially the task of coming up with and presenting our own farming startup. Our mentors were sincere and open. It was a lot of fun during the game where we had to draw on each other’s backs, trust our senses, and pass the drawing to the next person, because it turned out to be not so easy. Thank you for the delicious treats!
Sasha: Thank you for the amazing team! It was fun coming up with a startup, although it was a little scary to present in front of everyone. I really enjoyed creating a themed photo installation where everyone had their own role. The relay game «Find an Association with Agro» was also interesting. Thank you for a wonderful day!
Oleksandra: It was so much fun working in teams. I enjoyed creating the farming startup, and we joked around a lot. I took funny photos in silly poses, which was interesting and creative. I had many sincere conversations, especially with Nastya, and came away in a great mood.
Vanya: I sincerely thank all the specialists for the opportunity to grow in the agricultural field and for the exciting emotions I experience at every event. Today there were many fun games — I especially liked the «Association with Agro» relay and creating our own startup.
Karina: I experienced incredible emotions from the teamwork. It was exciting to write wishes to each other and fun to take themed photos. All the specialists were open, sincere, and welcomed us warmly.
Tymofii: I enjoyed being involved in creating a logo for the startup. Thank you for the dessert table and the fun games organized by the hosts, especially «AgroCrocodile» — it was really funny. I truly enjoyed the event.
Timur: It was very interesting and exciting to prepare wishes for the company's specialists, but thanks to their sincerity, it turned out to be easy. What I remember most was the «Startup» game, because we worked on many ideas as a friendly team. It was also fun to play «AgroCrocodile.» Thanks to the team's support, everything went wonderfully.

Viktor: «At first, this project felt like a certain path of responsibility for me. I’m already an adult, conscious person, and I perceived everything as a task: what I can do, how I can help, what my contribution is. That is — more from the position of “from myself for someone else.” But when we met, when all the interactive activities took place, in those moments I seemed to separate myself from work. It was a different space, different thoughts. And by observing each of you, I realized how important it is not to be afraid of making mistakes. For us adults — we are afraid to make mistakes. But this is a sign that a person acts, tries, develops. The main thing is to draw conclusions and confidently move forward. So I want to wish you this: don’t be afraid to make mistakes, learn from them, and walk confidently through life. Thank you all»
Nastia: «I was amazed by how open, multifaceted, and interesting you are! You approach each person, and they tell you things so openly, and you can share something of your own too. And this openness — it is priceless! Because through communicating with you, we also gain so much for ourselves»
Olha: «I remember our first meeting. And the difference between who you were then and who you are now is huge. Today you are open, not afraid to say something, to express yourselves. I hope that this project had a positive impact on you. Just keep moving toward your goal!»
Oksana: «When we first met you at the agrocenter, I couldn’t imagine how all of us, being so different, would be able to find common ground. I’m truly amazed by how sincerely and simply my colleagues can talk about the work they do in life. Every time, I felt inspired knowing there would be another meeting where we would do something together. I want to thank you for each being your true self. We are all very valuable.
