The Mentorship Association continues to move forward — from region to region, from meeting to meeting, so that mentorship in Ukraine becomes not an exception, but a system.
At the round table in Mykolaiv, together with representatives of the authorities, international organizations, social services, and communities, we discussed the main thing: how to make mentorship accessible, high-quality, and sustainable support for children and youth, especially those growing up in institutional care and in wartime conditions.
Because mentorship is not about one-time help. It is about long-term relationships, trust, and a reliable adult by your side who supports a teenager or young person as they try to build an independent life.
The Association team shared successful cases that have already changed lives, and we will be happy to spread our many years of experience and share expertise with all key stakeholders — so that together we can help even more children and young people find support and confidence in the future.
Mentorship is about an opportunity that every child who needs it should receive. And we are glad that more and more people are joining us, ready to offer this opportunity sincerely, responsibly, and wholeheartedly.
