There is a special time and day that brings together people with shared values. Once a month, on Sunday, the Mentorship Association opens its doors to those who guide others on their path of growth and support them through the most difficult moments in life. We gather in Kyiv at the Kyiv City Center of Social Services to create a living space where everyone has the unquestionable right to speak, be heard, and receive sincere support.
A safe space is, above all, the people around whom you feel safe.
We believe that a mentor’s true strength comes not from perfection, but from humanity.
In our group, everyone knows:
- It’s not scary to make mistakes, because a mistake is only a step toward experience.
- It’s not scary to be imperfect, because the greatest value is hidden in authenticity.
- It’s not scary to be different, because we value the uniqueness of every path.
- It’s not scary not to know the answer, because admitting it and searching for the truth together is normal.
In-person meetings in Kyiv offer something no screen can provide: the warmth of a glance, the firmness of a handshake, and the feeling of support beside you. It is a time when mentors stop «giving» and allow themselves to «receive.».
