Dear friends, we are delighted to share some wonderful news with you! Recently, our joint project by the Mentorship Association together with BASF T.O.V. LLC« «AgroMentor: Side-by-Side Toward Knowledge» launched as part of the Corporate Mentorship program «Path to Success.» Its goal is to help young people from vulnerable groups learn more about the agricultural sector and gain practical experience with the support of corporate mentors.
We began our exciting journey into a field that is completely new and unexplored for our teenagers — the world of agriculture together with BASF! The first step was an interactive tour of the Agrocenter, where the teenagers participating in the program met company specialists who truly love what they do and are ready to teach the younger generation and share their experience. Our youth learned about the company’s founding history, saw rapeseed crops sprouting, heard about various agricultural machinery, and actively participated in a quiz about grain and technical aspects, celebrating every correct answer with excitement.

«I absolutely loved the atmosphere around us. It was clear that the people who work here truly enjoy what they do. They spoke about their company with such enthusiasm and openness,» — Volodya.
And the combine harvester and the opportunity to sit in the cab and see everything up close left absolutely unforgettable impressions on all the participants! After the engaging educational part, everyone happily enjoyed a delicious lunch, shared emotions about what they had heard and seen, and sincerely rejoiced over the gifts they received. On the way back, one of our older program participants organized an improvised mini-quiz during which everyone reinforced the knowledge they had gained.
«I really enjoyed hearing about how the machinery works. It was very interesting. And I especially liked seeing the combine harvester,» — Dmytro.
«I was interested to see the combine harvester and watch the steering wheel turn inside it. It was cool,» — Kolya.
«It was cool to climb into the combine harvester cab and sit there because I had never seen machinery like that before,» — Vanya.
