Dear friends, we have wonderful news: our joint project with the company has successfully launched Mary Kay Ukraine «The Real You: Shine with Mary Kay» as part of the Corporate Mentorship Program «Path to Success,» aimed at helping girls discover their strength and confidence!
The project «The Real You: Shine with Mary Kay» is designed to show girls new opportunities for growth, help them believe in themselves and their abilities, and teach them to move forward confidently while discovering new horizons, including business opportunities with Mary Kay.
Our goal is to help girls grow personally, teach them self-care, develop social media management skills, photography and video production skills, as well as master the basics of makeup and skincare.
Each participant in the project will have the opportunity not only to learn important professional skills, but also to discover new business opportunities with Mary Kay by becoming part of the large and supportive Mary Kay community.
The first webinar, titled «Make Your Dream Come True,» brought together young people from different parts of Ukraine — Lviv, Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kamianets-Podilskyi. It was an event to remember: warm, heartfelt stories that touched hearts, valuable knowledge, and support. The speaker shared effective techniques for making dreams come true and steps toward achieving goals. Energetic activities added energy and joy to the event, and the atmosphere was so open that every participant felt genuine support and inspiration.
The girls talked about their dreams, shared what inspires them, and discussed why dreams sometimes seem unattainable. Especially touching were the words of those who admitted that their biggest dream is returning home. These moments united everyone in a shared feeling of warmth, understanding, and hope. We believe that our girls’ dreams will definitely come true!
On November 20, the second webinar, «Managing Social Media,» took place. The topic of the meeting is extremely relevant for young people, as social media is an important part of our lives, and for many it even becomes a business platform and an opportunity for professional growth.
During the webinar, the speaker and the girls discussed important topics related to the opportunities social media offers: promoting your own business, blogging, working for a company, and content creation. The girls practically showered our speaker with questions because everyone was incredibly interested in learning more. The participants actively shared their own observations and experiences regarding social media management. They talked about reach, impressions, likes, saves, shares on social media, and how paid advertising works.
All the girls gained very valuable knowledge and motivation to try using the resources and opportunities of social media more professionally. Time flew by so quickly and interestingly, and all the participants are eagerly looking forward to new meetings.
