Imagine being 16 and stepping into a five-star hotel for the first time not as a guest, but as a future professional. That’s exactly how an unforgettable day began for the new participants of the Corporate Mentorship program «Path to Success.» Our teenagers had the opportunity to visit the hotel Hilton and discover the variety of exciting professions in the hospitality industry through hands-on experience. The youth met the hotel team and learned more about the main areas of their work.
The hotel’s professional team Hilton focused primarily on practical skills: table setting, dessert preparation, and we also got a detailed introduction to the hotel’s security system. Participants tried themselves in employee roles, learned how electromagnetic search devices work, and visited the video surveillance rooms.

During the table-setting мастер-класу participants enthusiastically arranged utensils following the example demonstrated by the specialist, and then independently recreated the table setting from memory, showing attention to detail and teamwork.

And the real gastronomic discovery was the tiramisu-making master class with professional pastry chefs. The youth not only observed but also went through the entire process in practice — whipping the cream, layering the dessert, and decorating it. It sparked genuine excitement, enthusiasm, and pride in the result — a delicious culinary creation made with their own hands.

At the end of the tour, the teenagers had the opportunity to ask questions, take photos, and enjoy a tasty snack. Everyone was delighted and gained a lot of practical knowledge along with the chance to «try on» different professions with the support of corporate mentors.
